Terms of Service

The Service contains sexually suggestive and adult-oriented interactive video. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to enter or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult material is lawful where you are.

We may use an age-attestation gate and other checks. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are underage or that use is unlawful in your location.

Some features (including paid unlocks and token purchases) require an account. You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose fraud, abuse, or legal risk.

The Service uses virtual tokens to unlock certain “special ending” video segments. Token packs may be offered for purchase through a payment provider we designate.

• Tokens are a limited license to use features of the Service. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable except as required by law.
• When you confirm a paid unlock, tokens are deducted immediately and the corresponding content entitlement is recorded on our servers.
• Purchases are generally final once tokens are credited, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, or where we choose to refund at our discretion (for example, clear billing error).
• Prices, pack sizes, and unlock costs may change. Changes do not affect tokens already credited to your account.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party adult-capable payment service providers. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for lawful personal entertainment. You may not:

• Scrape, download, mirror, or redistribute video or other media except as the Service explicitly allows
• Circumvent access controls, signed URLs, age gates, or payment/unlock checks
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service or its security
• Use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, or to exploit minors (zero tolerance)
• Misrepresent your age, identity, or payment authorization
• Resell tokens or account access

Videos, branding, software, and other materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the viewing experience the Service provides, no rights are granted. Creators and models appearing in content have authorized use under our agreements with them; nothing here grants you rights to use their likeness outside the Service.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@plztease.com with enough detail for us to locate the material and respond.

If you are depicted in a clip, or you are an authorized representative, you may request removal without creating an account. Use the public form at /report. No login is required.

• Non-consensual intimate imagery (including fakes or AI-altered images): we hide matching clips from the public feed when we can locate them and review within 48 hours.
• Other complaints (for example copyright or impersonation): we review within 7 days; the clip stays available until we act.
• Material that appears to involve anyone under 18 is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and is not treated as an ordinary complaint.

A valid request includes a way to locate the clip (content ID or URL), your name and email, your relationship to the depiction, a good-faith statement, and a typed electronic signature. We send a case ID and timestamp to the email you provide.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free playback, or that content will meet your expectations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR TOKENS IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access immediately for Terms violations, legal risk, non-payment fraud, or Service discontinuation. Unused tokens may be forfeited on termination for cause, except where law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Service with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be highlighted in-product when practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived. Courts in that venue will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
