Privacy Policy

The Service is operated by the operator of plztease.com (“we”, “us”). We process personal data to provide adult interactive video, accounts, token wallets, and related support.

• Account data: email address; authentication data (e.g. password hashes or one-time codes handled by our auth provider); account identifiers.
• Wallet & commerce: token balance, ledger entries (purchases, unlocks), unlock entitlements, checkout session metadata (pack, amounts, status). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; card data is handled by the payment provider.
• Usage & device: approximate technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) from hosting and security systems; PWA/install-related preferences stored locally on your device.
• Cookies & similar: session/auth cookies; an age-attestation cookie confirming you self-certified as 18+; other strictly necessary cookies for the Service to function.
• Communications: emails you send us (support, deletion, rights requests); transactional auth emails (e.g. sign-in codes); and removal-request submissions (report type, content ID or URL, description, name, email, relationship to the clip, good-faith statement, and typed signature), plus the case ID we assign.

We do not ask for government ID at the age gate today (self-attestation only). If verification requirements change, we will update this Policy.

Removal requests on /report do not require an account. That process is separate from account deletion (section 7).

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service (auth, feed, playback, unlocks)
• Operate the token wallet and fulfill purchases
• Enforce Terms, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with law
• Respond to support, privacy, and removal requests
• Send transactional messages (codes, security notices, removal acknowledgements) — not marketing unless you opt in later

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement, limited logs); consent where required (e.g. certain cookies or optional features); and legal obligation when we must retain or disclose data.

We share data with service providers who help us run the Service:

• Authentication and database hosting (e.g. Supabase)
• Application hosting (e.g. Vercel or equivalent)
• Video delivery / CDN (e.g. Bunny) — media URLs and delivery logs
• Transactional email (e.g. Resend for auth codes and removal acknowledgements)
• Payment service providers for token pack purchases

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where required).

We keep account, wallet, and unlock records while your account is active and as needed for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Server logs are kept for a limited period. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data we no longer need, except where retention is required by law (e.g. disputed transactions).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@plztease.com.

Account deletion: Email us from your account email with subject line “Delete account”. We will verify ownership and delete (or anonymize) your account, profile, unlocks, and associated personal ledger identifiers within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Self-serve in-app deletion may be added later; until then this email process is the supported path.

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access-controlled databases, signed URLs for paid media). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Protect your email inbox and passwords.

We and our processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Service is strictly for adults 18+ (or age of majority if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Material changes will be highlighted when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
